Absence for a day or less
If your child is sick or has an appointment, please use námfús as early as possible in the morning to inform the school of this absence. If you can't register the absence on námfús, call the school office 510-8200
Absence for two or more days
If you plan to take your child out of school for two or more days, please fill-in the an absence request on námfús at least a week before the start of the absence.
Weather Warnings
Iceland is sometimes subjected to extreme weather conditions which may disrupt school and extra-curricular activities. It is important to keep informed and follow school guidance when a weather warning is issued.
